Yes, we ship to customers and organisations all across the world.

What packaging does my item come in?

Your package will come in a discreet plain white Jiffy bag with no trace of where it has come from or what is inside it.

Can I order by telephone?

Sorry but we are unable to take orders over the phone. We accept paypal payments because we feel that is the safest option as we do not get to see any of your credit card details. 

What are your postage prices?

All deliveries to the UK are free of charge for deliveries of 5 -7 days. Please see our price list for express delivery and Worldwide rates here.

Will you dispatch to a PO Box address?

Sorry but we are unable to deliver to any PO Box addresses..

Can I come and collect my order?

Sorry but we do not allow pickups. We have no shop front and we don't have any public liability insurance for this reason. Our prices are low because we don't need to pay the overheads a shop front costs.

How long will it take for an order to be delivered?

If the order is received before 2pm we we will send it out that day, if the order is received after 2pm the item will be sent the next working day..

When do you dispatch the orders?

We dispatch parcels Monday to Friday.

Do your parcels show what the contents are?

No. We use plain packaging on all of our orders. We do need to have our return address on the parcels for obvious reasons.

My parcel hasn't arrived ?

If the parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days please contact us so we can investigate

Returns & Replacements

With the following exceptions, any product may be returned for any reason, if in new condition (including manufacturer's packaging!) and undamaged, for exchange, credit, or refund, within 30 days of the purchase date. This refund does not include the postage costs. This warranty does not cover abuse or normal wear of the tools. Lock picks may be returned, if in new condition, for credit to your account toward the purchase of another product, or for replacement if defective. Postage and packaging price is non-fundable.



We send out the orders via next day special delivery the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. You will receive an email from us once you place an order online and then a secondary email containing your tracking number informing you that your order has been sent.
